A very difficult lesson for me to grasp at times, as my habit is to aggrandize myself in relation to others, but a vitally important one. As often as I’m right, I am wrong. As often as I am right or wrong, more often the situation is nebulous or shaded neutral by the nuance of circumstance. Only humility allows one to be open and receptive as well as giving and compassionate.
