Food trucks forever
I am enjoying some insanely tasty lobster bisque for lunch today, and that is only possible because of the recent proliferation of food trucks into Hyde Park. I really hope the city council does the right thing and allows more food trucks with greater prep capabilities so that I can continue to enjoy surprisingly delicious and somewhat random culinary experiences within walking distance of my office. The cafeteria and reheated offerings from the limited campus cafes were getting quite old, and I greatly appreciate the variety the food trucks make available.
